Bentley announces record profits to accompany record sales in 2021

Bentley revealed a 2021 operating profit of £327 million, nearly double the previous record from 2014. Sales jumped 31%, beating the previous record of 11,206 in 2020.

Bentley’s sales last year totaled £2.39 billion, while sales per luxury car are up 8% from 2020.

The Americas and China continue to dominate as Bentley’s most profitable regions – 57% of all Bentley deliveries in 2021 go to these markets. The UK accounted for a substantial 9% of the brand’s sales in 2021 and a 14% increase over the 2020 figures.

“This is our second record year in a row and is a positive sign of the strength of our brand,” said Bentley CEO Adrian Hallmark.
