Premier Karnataka Basavaraj Bommai blamed the state’s previous JDS-Congress government for the situation. “This happened due to the unplanned administration of the previous Congress government. They allowed the right, the left and the center in the lakes and buffer zones,” the minister said, according to the news agency. ANI.
