Eva Mendes red hot with red hair! The 48-year-old actress decided to change up her hair at the end of the year and dyed her caramel brown curls (see in the second photo below) an orange red. “Mira esto! I’ve gone red,” she captioned a super close-up of herself she shared on Instagram on December 28, which highlights her new ‘job’.
As seen below, Eva has natural brown hair, which she has lightened, darkened, and highlighted throughout her career. In the summer, she debuted almost blonde locks and revealed that she finished it while in London. In the fall, her hair has turned auburn.
The Desperate Housewives alum made her first redhead announcement on December 24 in a video (see below) that shows her running her hand through it. In the video’s caption, she wished her followers a happy holiday and reminded people not to believe what they see on the internet. “Whether you’re celebrating or not, whether you’re with friends and family or flying solo, I send you lots of love during this time. I know how difficult it can be for some people, she wrote.
“Don’t let Instagram fool you – we’re all dealing with our own problems. Of course, some are more extreme, but we are all in this madness together, mother of two continue. “For me personally, I don’t care much about acting ‘happy’ or ‘happy’ – as long as I’m always grateful, I’ll let myself feel all the feelings that come up. I won’t torture others with them, but I won’t hide them either.”
Not only does Eva experiment with a variety of hair colors, but she also changes her hairstyle from time to time. In 2020, Ms cut her hair so it doesn’t get over her shoulder. Although Eva deleted some of her posts at the time, her hairstylist, Giannandreastill has a haircut video on his Instagram, which can be seen this. Expressing his shock at Eva’s decision to cut her hair, he wrote, “A new decade, a new look and the first time @evamendes cut her hair!!!! I was absolutely blown away when she asked for me and here she is a chic modern design businesswoman and an amazing mom!
