As Dr Zoe points out, butter does contain fat but “we must avoid defaming specific foods. That’s what makes up our overall diet.”
If you cut out avocados entirely, the risk is that you’ll replace it with more harmful foods, she says.
“The best thing we can do is reduce our intake of sugar, processed foods, such as cakes, candies and crisps,” Dr. Zoe advises.
