Ather is set to update the 450 Plus and 450X electric scooters with new color options and it looks like the revised seats are larger and more spacious on January 7. For now, the Ather 450 duo is offered. Available in three colors – Space Gray, Mint Green and White.

Ather will introduce four new colors on the 450 scooter range – Cosmic Black, Moon Gray, Salt and Pepper Blue and Brilliant Red. It remains to be seen whether these colors will be sold alongside the three existing color options.
Another update to the 450 Plus and 450X is larger, more spacious seats. Tight ergonomics has long been an area of concern for larger riders, and this seat unit should help address this in some way. Although to really solve this problem, the overall size of the scooter will need to increase.
It remains to be seen whether Ather will raise prices with these updates for its electric motorcycles. A few months ago, Ather released an update 450X Generation 3 with a larger battery pack, wider rear tires and improved software, among other things. Currently, 450 Plus costs Rs 1.17 lakh and 450X will set you back Rs 1.39 lakh.
It’s not all from Bengaluru based kicking off later this year, Ather can complete a whole new project cost-effective electric motorbikes could have a simpler platform, fewer features, and a smaller battery pack.
