Asus Vivobook 14 Touch with 12th Gen Intel processor, 16 GB RAM launched

Asus launched a new affordable touchscreen laptop – Vivobook 14 Touch (X1402) – in India. The laptop is compact and slim and comes with 12″ generation Intel Core i5 processor. Additionally, the company claims that the laptop offers improved battery life and comes with an affordable price tag.

Asus Vivobook 14 Touch pricing starts at Rs 49,990 and is currently available for purchase exclusively on Flipkart. The Vivobook 14 comes in two color options – Quiet Blue and Metallic Silver.

The Asus Vivobook 14 has a 14-inch IPS LCD touch screen with a screen-to-body ratio of 82% and a viewing angle of 178 degrees. This laptop is powered by a 12th Gen Intel Core i5 processor paired with up to 16 GB RAM and 512 GB PCIe Gen 3 SSD storage.
The laptop weighs 1.4Kg and is 19.9mm thick and comes with MIL-STD 810H military-grade certification.
Vivobook 14 Touch comes pre-installed with Windows 11 and is powered by a 42WHr battery with 65W fast charging support.
Other features of the laptop include a backlit chiclet keyboard, a dedicated fingerprint scanner, and more.
In terms of connectivity options, the laptop comes with USB 3.2 Gen 1 (Type-C), 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 (Type-A), USB 2.0, HDMI, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
