Apple’s October event: Apple may not hold an October event to introduce new products, here’s why |

In the pre-pandemic world, there were years Apple holds affiliate events in September and October. The pandemic has stopped but Apple held a ‘hybrid’ event in September of this year. Hybrid in the sense, it’s a live event but the keynote is pre-recorded. So there is a prediction for a Apple Events in October as well as this year. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman downplayed those expectations.
Rumor has it that Apple may launch iPad Pro as well as the redesigned 10th generation entry level iPad in October. There are also rumors about Apple launching new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models powered by the M2 Pro and M2 Max processors.
In his weekly newsletter, Gurman suggested that “none of these new products are Apple’s big start.” According to Gurman, upcoming products will have improved specifications. In addition, the M2 processor was detailed by Apple at WWDC 2022 in June. Gurman believes that Apple may not have enough “enough” to hold an event. He added that “Apple will probably feel differently in the end, but I think the company (as of now) is more likely to release the rest of its products in 2022 via the Press releases, website updates, and briefings with several members of the press — rather, through an iPhone-style keynote. ”
Gurman has a proven track record when it comes to Apple-related news and announcements. So there is a chance that Apple could skip the October event in 2022. But new products can be expected as Apple has yet to launch it. macOS Ventura and iPadOS 16, and it has been suggested that operating system updates will come to new products. It is unlikely that Apple will delay the launch of this operating system beyond October.
