Apple CEO Tim Cook arrives in Europe for an official tour: Key details


Apple CEO Tim Cook is on one Europe tour and he posted Twitter updates about the Apple Stores and offices he visited and the people he was meeting. This is Cook’s first major trip outside the US since the coronavirus pandemic began.
The Apple CEO’s first stop was the UK, and he launched the new App Store Founders Program for Women there.
“It’s a pleasure to be back in London! I really enjoyed spending time with our clients and with our incredible team at Apple Covent Garden this afternoon. Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!”, Cook tweeted.

Cook’s next stop is the Southbank Center in London, which has partnered with Apple to increase representation in the arts sector. Apple is also planning to open a new UK office at the Battersea Power Station building.
“As part of our work to address racial equity and equity challenges, we are excited to partner with the Southbank Center to increase representation in the arts. This is an amazing program designed to unleash everyone’s full creative potential, and we’re excited to be a part of it. ,’ the Apple CEO tweeted.

Cook visited the Apple Brompton Road store and then went to see developers in the new App Store Platform Program. Next, he attended a gig at Apple’s Platoon Studios.
He also cheers for AFC Richmondfictional football team “Ted Lasso ”, along with Apple’s Eddy Cue and Ted Lasso actors.

After England, Cook is currently visiting Germany. It is not yet known which European country he plans to visit.
