Apple adds exercises for new parents to Fitness +

Apple continues to expand Workout + fitness video service with more content catering to people with different needs and lifestyles. Today, the company is adding seven 10-minute videos for new parents, in a series called “Getting Health Back After Childbirth.” These activities are a mix of core, strength, and Apple “Mind Recovery Time” exercises led by Fitness trainer + Betina Gozo, a new mom.

Like the other videos on the service, the new workouts also feature revised instructions for those who want a bigger challenge or want to take it slower. Meaningful cooldowns provide stretches that target tight spots common after pregnancy, while core exercises also include pelvic floor exercises.

Of course, new parents shouldn’t feel any pressure to “get back to fitness” on any schedule other than what they’re comfortable with. In Apple’s demo video of new content, Gozo makes it clear that viewers should take things at their own pace and make sure to get information from their healthcare provider before attending. engage in strenuous activity.

New workouts are available in Fitness+ starting today, again for $10 a month. You will need to have an Apple watch to use the service.
