Anker adds more affordable ANC headphones and earphones to its Soundcore line

The Soundcore brand has built a reputation for providing audio equipment with . Its latest Active Noise Canceling (ANC) headphones and earphones can match that, though we haven’t tested them yet to determine how well they sound.

The Space Q45 headset costs $150 and includes a four-microphone hybrid ANC system. This claims to be able to reduce noise by up to 98 percent. It says the headphones have adaptive noise cancellation that adjusts ANC levels based on ambient sound. There is a toggle mode too.

The brand says the headphones have up to 50 hours of battery life with ANC enabled and 65 hours with the feature turned off. Thanks to fast charging, you’ll get up to four hours of playtime from just five minutes of charging. You will also be able to connect the Q45 to two devices at the same time. Additionally, Soundcore says the headphones support high-resolution audio even in wireless mode. The Q45 is currently available in black, while white and navy variants will arrive later this year.

Meanwhile, the Space A40 earbuds are also said to reduce noise by up to 98%. They feature one-touch transparency, adaptive noise cancellation, and wireless high-resolution audio, according to Soundcore. A feature called Hear ID Sound is designed to analyze how you listen to music to create a sound profile that’s right for your ears.

The A40 is 25% smaller than Soundcore’s previous-generation earbuds, though the brand still packs 10mm drivers that deliver “bass” along with “rich and crisp mids.” Soundcore claims you’ll get up to 10 hours of playtime on a single charge, with the charging case providing an additional 40 hours of playback. Charging for 10 minutes can get you up to four hours of playtime. Other features include the option to connect to two devices at once, IPX4 water resistance, and wireless charging. The Space A40 costs $100 and comes in black, white, and navy colors starting today.
