Angels set MLB record with seven home solos, still falling to A 8-7
The bats are still alive for the Los Angeles Angels on Thursday against Oakland Athletics.
Led by two long-range shots from phenom Shohei Ohtani, the Halos broke seven solos at home to set an MLB record. Despite the show of strength, Person A scored six runs at the top of the fourth group, eventually knocking out the Angels in one 8-7 the loss.
Ohtani finished with two hosts, one in the first half and one late in the seventh.
