Amazon also announced a brand new product Kindle Paperwhite Kids. It has all the same features as the standard Paperwhite—faster, thinner, and brighter—but comes with kid-friendly covers, some of which have new designs. Kindle Scribe 2nd generation

Second generation Kindle Scribe, designed for note And readcomes with several new features inside and out. The display has a white border with a paper-like display style to mimic the look and feel of a traditional sheet of paper. Meanwhile, the Premium Pen (sold separately) now has a soft eraser tip that feels similar to the eraser tip you find on a No. 2 pencil.

There are several new software features in Scribe. There’s Active Canvas, which lets you write directly in the book you’re reading (this was a big complaint we had with original when we reviewed it). While taking notes, ink will flow around the text and anchor it to the exact location you annotated. That way, if you change the text size or the book layout changes, it won’t lose its place. In the future, you’ll also be able to take advantage of expandable margins—so you can write in the side panel and hide notes when you’re done.

And if you think you’re safe from artificial general intelligence in the Kindles hardware launch saga, you’re wrong. Say hello to “Exquisite Writing” and “Summary”. With Subtle Writing, you can tap a button to refine your notes into a script font that’s easy to read but also looks better. The summary feature quickly summarizes pages of notes into bullet points in a script font that you can share directly from the notebook tab.

You can pre-order new products Kindle note taker available now for $400 and ships December 4th.
