Designed to function like a wake-up radio, the Echo Spot has a small screen that takes up about two-thirds of the front, with a speaker taking up the bottom chin. The screen can show the time with a customizable clock face, display alarms, weather, song titles, and even some Alexa illustrations that can be activated with specific commands.
If successful, the Echo Spot could usher in the return of the alarm clock radio, with the added bonus of voice control via Amazon Alexa.
