Alkimos: Perth woman charged with manslaughter as she was accused of killing her boyfriend
A woman has been charged with manslaughter after allegedly killing a man at a home in Perth’s northwest.
Police were called to a home on Minoan Road, Alkimos, around 6:20 a.m. Saturday, where a 34-year-old man was found dead.
A 28-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and later charged with manslaughter.
It is understood that the man was found in the garage and that the two were a married couple.

Speaking to reporters on Saturday, Deputy Police Commissioner Allan Adams said there was a ‘reasonable job’ needed to determine exactly what happened at the scene.
Deputy Commissioner Adams said there was a ‘solid team’ of homicide squads and local detectives working to determine the man’s cause of death.
He said: “For neighbors with concerns, rest assured that the police are taking this very seriously (as evidenced by the sheer number of police there and very much hoping to come to a resolution). legislation in the short term”.
The woman has been refused bail and is due to appear at Joondalup Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
