Alison Enticknap was appointed the British Equestrian Authority’s newly formed Change and Strategy Director on Thursday. Enticknap will be the executive leader of the BHA and help coordinate industry strategy with peers across the industry. Her date after the news that BHA, Racecourse Association (RCA) and Thoroughbred Corporation (TG) will jointly develop a new industry strategy. As a result, BHA is currently in the process of establishing a new Strategy and Change Committee. That department will be responsible for program planning and management, including overseeing interdisciplinary projects, building capacity and capacity in areas such as insights and analysis, and delivering project.
She joined BHA as Head of Relevance and Internal Engagement in 2018. As of Fall 2021, Enticknap is Interim Director of Corporate and Corporate Affairs. Prior to starting with the BHA, Enticknap held a wide range of media, public affairs, and program management roles, in both the commercial and nonprofit sectors.
