The 35-year-old actor was caught kissing and hugging his girlfriend in the Soho area of Manhattan, New York City.
The Game of Thrones star is currently starring in the critically acclaimed production of Hangmen, which premieres on Broadway in April.

Allen stepped out, wearing an unbuttoned white shirt with a green Nocta baseball cap for his Thursday outing.
He also wore a pair of black pants with matching black sunglasses hidden in his shirt when kissing his girlfriend on the sidewalk.
He is smoking a cigarette while hanging out with his girl, completing his look with a pair of white sneakers.

Allen, who is best known for playing Theon Greyjoy on the hit HBO series Game of Thrones, starred in a Broadway performance of Martin McDonagh’s hit hit Hangmen.
The play premiered in 2015 at London’s Royal Court Theatre, and went on to perform in the West End and off London’s Broadway in 2018.
The play is about an executioner named Harry Wade (Allen), who owns a pub with his family, and now has to deal with the cancellation of the hangings.
