If you don’t watch Alex Jones defamation trial happening in Austin, Texas, this week you’re missing out on a remarkable event where a serial liar is forced to tell the truth. The parents of a child tragically killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre are claim $150 million in damages, after Jones spent nearly a decade promoting an absurd conspiracy theory that their child never died, or never even existed. It’s likely the parents will receive the full $150 million, which, along with other default judgments, could force Jones to sell his assets, including this ridiculous military cosplay truck.

Jones calls this car “InfoWars . battle tank,’ But like most things that come out of his mouth, that’s not true. This “tank” is actually just an armored Ford F-550 built by the Canadian company Terradyne Armored Vehicles. Jones’ model is called Gurkha CIV, the civilian specification version of the Rapid Patrol Vehicle commonly used by law enforcement. It is provided by 6.7 liter turbodiesel V8 engine produces 330 horsepower and 750 lb-ft of torque and can hit speeds of 81 mph, likely slowed by the bulletproof plating it’s mounted around. I couldn’t find an MPG rating for this monster, but let’s assume the number is very Short.

Gurkha, and much of Jones’s other stuff, may soon turn to those whom Jones has tormented (and encouraged others to torment) for nearly a decade.

Here’s a review of Gurkha from Driving.ca, to show you how absolutely massive this thing is.

Jones likes to stuff around his Gurkha at rallies and events where he screams nonsense about shady globalists in alliance with demonic Democrats.

In an attempt to raise the wheel of justice, Jones recently declared his company, Free Speech Systems, bankrupt. But according to Professor F. Scott McCown, an instructor at the University of Texas School of Law, bankruptcy won’t necessarily save Jones’ things.

McCown told Jalopnik via email: “If a judgment is made against Mr. Jones and if he declares bankruptcy, then the federal bankruptcy court will dispose of his assets, sell them, and decide the child. How much debt do you get?

Jones recently mentioned on his InfoWars suggesting that he might have to sell Gurkha soon. I don’t know if he really believes that – several times in the past he has stated that he had to sell off his assets to keep InfoWars alive, even though Jones testified on Tuesday Private that his company has an annual income of up to 80 million dollars. five.

Jones’ responsibility was decided by the judges, after four years Jones and his attorneys tried everything to disrupt the discovery process. He had a similar default judgment against him in another Texas case, and one from other Sandy Hook parents in Connecticut, for similar reasons.

The trial is currently in the argument that ends on Wednesday. This damages trial was brought by Neil Heslin and Scarlett Lewis, parents of six-year-old Jessie Lewis, who heroically saved nine classmates before he was killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School. . Heslin and Lewis are suing after years of relentless harassment and violent death threats from Jones’ followers, inspired by the incoherent conspiracy theories Jones sold on his show.

Terradyne does not list a price for the Gurkha, but recent reports put it closer to $300,000. If Jones is found to have paid the full $150 million, his Gurkha will likely have to go.
