AIS Taxpayer Mobile App launched by Income Tax Department to share TDS, transaction information
The Income Tax Department on Wednesday said it has launched the AIS for Taxpayers mobile app, which will provide taxpayers with a comprehensive view of their information regarding TDS/TCS, interest rates, dividends and stock trades as well as the option to provide feedback.

AIS for Taxpayers is a mobile application provided by the Income Tax Department for free and available on Google Play And App Store.
“This application aims to provide a comprehensive view of AIS/TIS to taxpayers, displaying information collected from various sources related to taxpayers,” said the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). ) speak in a statement.
Taxpayers can use the mobile app to view their information regarding TDS/TCS, interest, dividends, share transactions, tax payments, income tax refunds, information Other (GST Data, Foreign Remittances, etc.) are available in AIS/TIS.
Taxpayers also have the option and facility to provide feedback on the information displayed in the application.
To access this mobile application, taxpayers need to register on the app by providing PAN number, authenticate with OTP sent on mobile number and registered e-mail on electronic filing portal death. After authentication, taxpayers can set a 4-digit PIN to access the mobile app.
“This is another initiative by the Income Tax Department in the area of providing enhanced services to taxpayers, facilitating compliance,” the IT department said.
