From rockers back to the front lines of pop music, 2022 is shaping up to be another great year for new albums…

ELVIS COSTELLO

The new year begins with an old rock and roll album by one of our greatest musicians. Having played one of his last big shows before closing, at the 2020 Hammersmith Apollo, Elvis Costello has kept himself busy, releasing Hey Clockface and Spanish Model LP over the past two years.

He is now back with backing band The Imposters on The Boy Named If. Two released tracks, Magnificent Hurt and Paint The Red Rose Blue, suggest a believably melodious return.
