A woman tricked her boyfriend into killing his entire family after learning about the affair

A woman and her boyfriend allegedly orchestrated a deadly plot that claimed the lives of a family of four. New details reveal that Ermalinda Palomo manipulate her boyfriend, Nathaniel Huey Jr.committed the murder in 2023. Palomo allegedly persuaded Nathaniel by falsely claiming the orders came from a Mexican corporation.

Details of the woman’s plot to kill her family of four

Authorities believe Nathaniel Huey Jr. was shot dead Alberto Rolon38, Zoraida Bartolomei32 years old, their two sons — Adriel9, and Diego7 and their three dogs on September 16, 2023, each Fox23Chicago. Police discovered the bodies of the family of four during a welfare check the next day.

The documents detail how Ermalinda Palomo allegedly posed as an online gang leader to manipulate Huey into killing the entire family. Palomo is said to have convinced Huey that Zoraida Bartolomei was a “mole” planning to attack him just two days before the murder.

Using aliases, Ermalinda Palomo and Huey allegedly collaborated to plan Zoraida’s murder. In addition, they also searched the area with cameras, mapped the entrance and exit and discovered that the house next door was vacant. NBC 5 report.

On September 20, 2023, investigators identified Ermalinda Palomo and Nathaniel Huey Jr. are suspects in the case, but they are believed to have fled to Catoosa, Oklahoma. After entering Walmart, police confronted them outside, leading to a car chase in which Huey Jr. is said to have shot Palomo before crashing the car into a fiery explosion.

Authorities found Huey Jr. died at the scene, while Palomo later died in the hospital, according to PEOPLE. Police claim that while the latest findings bring an end to their months-long investigation, they will not erase the pain many people have felt since the horrific murders.

“The tragic death of a young family, including two young children, will forever impact the surviving family and those investigating this case. Nothing can prepare a person for such an event, and nothing can justify such a senseless act of violence. Although completed, unfortunately the final outcome of this case does not mean the end as many people continue to grieve,” Romeoville Police Chief Brant Hromadka said in a statement.
