A huge fire broke out at a Russian military airport on the occupied Crimean peninsula After a landing plane skidded off the runway and caught fire, a Russian official and State media reported on Saturday.
The local governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, said that “a local explosion of the ammunition depot” had occurred after the plane veered off the runway at the airbase in the village of Belbek. He writes on the messaging app Telegram.
