The Apple Podcasts web app for desktop browsers is now available: Learn what it is and how it works

Previously limited to macOS, the update allows iPhone users to listen to their favorite podcasts on their Windows desktop. The move follows Apple’s recent beta release of its Maps web app, which lets users get directions, explore routes, and search for business listings directly from their browser.

The Apple Podcasts web app is accessible at podcasts.apple.comwhich offers the same features as the Podcasts app on Apple devices. Users can explore a variety of podcast genres, including true crime, news, and comedy, and listen to them in a variety of languages. The app also lets users browse top charts and discover new shows. Compatibility extends across multiple browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox, and it works on both Mac and PC, according to a report by MacRumors.
