The Galaxy Watch 7 is said to come in two sizes, 40mm and 44mm, and three watch face colors: green, cream, and silver. The watch is said to have an aluminum case, sapphire crystal on the front, and a 3D glass watch face on the back. The Watch 7’s specs also show support for Bluetooth connectivity, but there will be a 4G version if you want data without using your phone’s connection.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra, the company’s first high-end smartwatch, is said to come in one size, 47mm, and three watch face colors: titanium gray, titanium silver, and titanium white. It’s said to support both 4G and Bluetooth connectivity and feature the same sapphire glass and 3D printing as the base version, but with a titanium case.

Both the base and Ultra versions feature Super AMOLED displays, run on an Exynos W1000 processor, and come with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. (That’s double the storage we see on the Galaxy Watch 6.)

It looks like there will be a slight difference in battery life between the three sizes. Leaked specs suggest the 40mm and 44mm options for the Watch 7 will have 300mAh and 425mAh batteries, respectively, while the 47mm Watch Ultra will have the largest battery of all — 590mAh.

The leaked specs also show that all the watches will have IP6X dust resistance, with the Watch Ultra having a slightly higher water resistance of 10 ATM compared to 5 ATM on the regular Watch 7.

The rest of the specs are identical across the lineup: Bluetooth 5.3, 2.4GHz & 5GHz Wi-Fi, NFC, dual-frequency GPS (L1+L5) on the connectivity front, and One UI Watch 6.0 for the operating system. There are no real surprises in terms of sensors, which include GPS, light and geomagnetic, accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer, temperature, and heart rate.

Naturally, the Ultra will be the most expensive of the bunch, coming in at around $750.

The bottom line? While the exterior is pretty much the same, the internals are significantly upgraded from the Galaxy Watch 6. The Watch 7 will also have significantly improved performance, better efficiency, and more storage.
