Donald Trump celebrates US independence day by criticizing Joe Biden and Kamala Harris

Most people celebrate July 4 with fireworks, barbecues, parades, and wearing red, white, and blue. Then there’s Donald Trump, who could become president of the United States in about six and a half months. He took a different tack this week, choosing to celebrate the anniversary of America’s independence from Britain by attacking his rival, downplaying the achievements of the first female vice president and criticizing the justice system.

Taking to Social TruthThe social network he founded after being kicked off Twitter for inciting riots, Trump complained his followers:

Happy 4th of July to everyone, including our incredibly incompetent “President” who used the Prosecutor to go after his Political Opponent, who choked like a dog during a Debate but tried to pretend it was an “International Trip” (only 12 days off!) and when that farce was over he blamed it on a “cold”. She did not do well in the Democratic nomination process, starting at number two, and ending up defeated and dropping out, before even reaching Iowa, but that does not mean she is not a “highly talented” politician! Another person I have to praise is a crazy Biden Prosecutor named Jack Smith, who has become a Legend in his own mind because of all the cases he has lost. The corrupt Prosecutors are working hard for Crooked Joe, but it will never be enough — MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Of course, Trump is attacking Biden for his presidential debate performance with his favorite line about: “People are putting on a show.”dog”, an insult he has used many times over the years. Regarding Harris, he appeared to be alluding to a favorite right-wing smear involving a relationship The Vice President was there decades ago. As for the claim that Biden directed prosecutors to prosecute Trump, you’ve probably heard that before.

Social media isn’t the only forum the former president has criticized his opponents in recent times. In footage obtained by The Daily Beast, taken sometime after last week’s debate, Trump, sitting in a golf cart, speak Biden: “He just dropped out, you know—he dropped out. I took him out—and that means we have Kamala.” (Biden has not dropped out yet.) Trump’s strange way of ringing the bell on July 4 isn’t actually strange for him. In 2013, he famously commemorated 9/11 by tweet: “I want to send my best wishes to everyone, including the haters and losers, on this special day, September 11th.” On December 31, 2016, he Written: “Happy New Year to everyone, including my enemies and those who fought me and lost so badly they don’t know what to do.” And on Memorial Day 2023, his rambling holiday message close with“We must stop the communists, the Marxists and the fascist ‘pigs’ at every turn and, Make America Great Again!”
