The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane trilogy reached 20 million sales worldwide
Back in 2018, the original Crash Bandicoot collection has arrived on Nintendo Switch as N. Sane Trio. It seems like years have passed, we now have a global sales update across all platforms including Switch and the game has now reached 20 million units globally.
Crash’s official social account released a message to fans thanking everyone for this “memorable milestone”. This also led to many fans asking for more revivals and new entries in the Crash Bandicoot series. Most recently, Crash fans got their fourth major title’It’s about time‘ in 2020/21.
The Crash Bandicoot series is now technically complete owned by Microsoft after acquiring Activision Blizzard last year. The series first made a name for itself on Sony’s PlayStation platform in the ’90s. If you haven’t played the original remake trilogy, be sure to check out our review here on Nintendo Life. Here’s a quick sample:
“Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a brutally realistic recreation of some of the earliest successes in 3D platforming. The levels are smooth, beautiful, and recreate the feel of the original wonderfully.” .”
