In this new card game, players will act as producers and fans, who are tasked with setting up the stage for Vtubers to perform while also sending cheers to support them and make them happy. they outperform their opponents.
The cards in this game will be of the following four types:
- HoloMem Oshi Card (Favorite): An important character card that players will place permanently on their stage area and separate from the deck. This card will also have a Life value that determines the character’s durability.
- HoloMem Cards: Regular character talent cards will help Oshi HoloMem level up the player’s stage by performing Arts.
- Support Cards: Item or fan character cards will provide support effects to the player’s stage and HoloMems.
- Yell Card: A card that HoloMems must equip to perform their Arts. Each type of card will also have additional effects, making them similar to the Special Energy Cards in Pokemon TCG.
The first starting deck for this card game will have Tokino Sora and AZKi as the two available Oshi HoloMem cards. It will also include 20 Yell cards and 50 more cards from the HoloMem and Support catalogs that will round out the base deck. The set will cost 1,980 yen (~$12.55).
Cover will also sell its first set of “Blooming Radiance” booster packs at the same time. A pack will cost 440 yen (~$2.80) and the set will have a total of 133 cards. This number only counts cards with unique effects, however there will also be parallel versions of cards with alternate illustrations or sparkling effects.
