Two newly established WNBA franchises set to debut in Portland and Toronto will participate in an expansion draft scheduled for April 3, the league confirmed on Wednesday. Prior to that event, a coin flip on Friday will determine which of the two organizations secures the advantage of selecting first in the expansion draft, while the losing franchise will receive the sixth overall pick in the collegiate draft slated for April 13.
