City council in Owen Sound is set to consider a motion next month that could see costs recovered from fishermen who required rescue operations. The vote, scheduled for April 13, follows a proposal put forward by the deputy mayor calling on municipal staff to investigate the feasibility of charging those who needed to be saved.
