A 42-year-old man allegedly attacked a building caretaker with a knife shortly after midday, striking the 53-year-old woman in the head and right arm, according to law enforcement officials and sources familiar with the incident. The assault occurred at approximately 12:30 p.m. inside a Bushwick residential building located on Linden Street at the corner of Wilson Avenue.
