Astronaut shows students how to drink liquids in space
Students from Sunita L Williams Elementary School in Needham, Massachusetts had the opportunity to speak virtually with Nasa astronaut Sunita Williams.
One student asked if drinking water from space would be difficult, prompting Williams to demonstrate how they did it.
Williams and Barry “Butch” Wilmore have reached the six-month mark in space after becoming the first people to fly Boeing’s new Starliner on a week-long test flight. Their return trip was delayed until February because of problems with the spacecraft.
