According to Fox NewsThe recent mugshots of Erik and Lyle Menendez were taken on October 10. The agency noted that they were cited by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. It’s worth noting, the sneaky photos were taken two weeks before George Gascón, the Los Angeles County District Attorney, made his recommendation to indign the brothers.

Meanwhile, Talia is said to have taken to Instagram.
