Last year, to celebrate its 20th anniversary, gadget repair company iFixit launched Business repair toolkit refreshed 2023. I have been using the set for over a year and it still works well.

Aimed at both professional and amateur enthusiasts, if you’re looking for an entire tech repair shop in a single handbag then this is the kit for you. Now, $300 might seem like a lot of money, but it is, but you’ll get your money’s worth with the tools you’ll use to fix just about any things a decade or two later.

I’m not kidding here, I have one Professional technology toolkit it must be 10 years old and still going strong, along with mako And ray the suits are not far apart in age, and all are still solid.

As mentioned above, I have been using the updated Enterprise Repair Kit for over a year. I was amazed at the quantity and quality of tools in a bag. After considerable use and wear, everything still looks and functions like new.

Let’s take a quick tour of the kit. The set includes a padded, easy-to-open storage bag to keep tools within reach. It is made of durable nylon, making the bag durable enough to hold your tools and carry them to work.

First, there is a multimeter, which is used to measure voltage and current. The device is beautiful and well made, even has a battery.

Next is a set of 15 precision screwdrivers. I really like these tools, not only because they hold well in the hand, but also because each tool is clearly labeled on the sides.

Inside the bag is an anti-static mat that acts as a workspace when you’re away from the bench.

There’s also the iOpener, a tablet opening tool designed to apply heat directly and evenly to case components joined by adhesive. This tool is microwaveable and creates just enough warmth to easily remove the parts.

Let’s dive into the main compartment. Below is a list of each product included:

  • Digital caliper set for precise measurements
  • A package of microfiber cloths for cleaning
  • ‘Anti-clamp tool’ to safely remove the screen from the phone
  • Professional tech tool set contains screwdrivers, pry bars and other repair trinkets
  • A bottle of screen cleaner
  • A handy magnetic project tray to keep all your screws and bits organized
  • The suction cup is useful when removing the screen from laptops, monitors and All-in-one computer
  • A tool for magnetizing and demagnetizing screwdrivers
  • One roll of non-conductive polyamide tape and double-sided Tesa tape
  • An insert to hold things like tweezers, dust blowers, plastic sticks, brushes, knives and other small items (see below)

iFixit’s tools have helped remove countless devices from the junk pile. After more than a year of use, this product set has helped the device have a longer life than the manufacturer expected.
