I’ve been using the Oura Ring for almost a year now and find it to be one of the best fitness trackers on the market for aggregating my health data and providing helpful suggestions and trends that help me better understand my health. It tracks my sleep, activity, and recovery, and gives me a daily readiness score and how well I’ve slept. With a six-day battery life, you don’t have to charge it as often as you would a smartwatch, which is a big draw for anyone who doesn’t want to charge their device as often.

What Oura products can I purchase with my FSA or HSA funds?
You can purchase the Oura Ring, charger, and membership with your FSA or HSA. Oura recommends that customers contact the provider before purchasing to ensure they meet the provider’s requirements and conditions. The two- and three-year warranties on Oura Rings are not FSA or HSA eligible.

While members are eligible for FSAs and HSAs, one Oura Member can only be purchased with a credit card or Paypal and is reimbursed indirectly through an HSA or FSA. “Invoices for recurring membership payments can be downloaded from the Membership Hub and sent to your provider,” according to Oura website.
How can I purchase an Oura Ring through my FSA or HSA account?
There are two ways to purchase an Oura Ring through your FSA and HSA: directly and indirectly.
To buy directly, visit Oura’s websiteSelect the Oura Ring of your choice and checkout. When prompted for a payment method, select the Sika FSA/HSA payment method and select “Continue with Sika,” which will take you to a third-party screen. The screen will show you which items you selected can be purchased with an FSA/HSA and which cannot. You will need to use a different card than your FSA/HSA for items that are not eligible. Once you have added both cards, select “Complete Purchase.” You will then receive a confirmation email from [email protected].

To purchase indirectly, i.e. purchase an Oura Ring using an alternative payment method to FSA/HSA funds, find your Oura order confirmation from [email protected] or [email protected]. Contact Oura’s Member Care team if you cannot find this information in your email.
Next, find your Oura membership receipt in the Membership Hub on the app. Once you have this information, go to your FSA/HSA provider and file a claim for the ring, membership, and charger. This includes shipping and taxes. Submit your claim and you’re good to go.
How can I use a portion of my FSA/HSA funds to purchase an Oura Ring?
Let’s say you don’t have enough FSA/HSA funds to complete the purchase with just that amount. Oura say Your FSA/HSA total will automatically adjust based on the remaining balance in your HSA or FSA card account, and you can use another payment method to make up the difference.
