TMZ documents were obtained in which Dawn claimed that she and Kalenna witnessed Combs abusing his then-girlfriend. Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura.

Yes, Kalenna Harper shared her views. TMZ reported that Kalenna appeared to deny ever witnessing the music mogul abusing Cassie.

“While I fully respect Dawn’s right to tell her story, I want to emphasize that her account reflects her personal views and should not be construed as universal truths that apply to everyone,” Harper said in a statement.

Kalenna explains that while she was present for some of the moments Dawn mentioned, they did not reflect her own experiences.

“It is important to understand that while I have been present in some of the same professional settings as those mentioned, many of the allegations and incidents described in this lawsuit do not accurately reflect my experiences and some do not match my own facts,” Harper continued.

Kalenna added that she would avoid discussing specifics as the legal process unfolds, instead focusing on her family, music and work. She remains hopeful that the legal system will resolve the case fairly.

Here’s what Dawn Richard said in the lawsuit

Dawn Richard filed a lawsuit against Diddy on Wednesday (September 11), TSR reported.

Court documents obtained by The Shade Room reveal that Richard claims Diddy brought her and Kalenna Harper to his New York home for an after-party in November 2009. At the time, other Bad Boy Records artists were recording Richard’s songs, leading to her invitation to meet Harper. The three later formed Diddy’s group—Dirty Money.

According to page 13 of the complaint, Richard claims that the November 2009 high-profile event was linked to rampant drug use.

She also observed several women arriving wearing revealing clothing, looking underage, and being given drugs and alcohol. Dawn also alleged that Combs and his guests had sex with these women.

She mentioned that the Bad Boy founder made comments like, “This is a buffet, enjoy; this is what we do, this is how we party,” according to page 14 of the lawsuit.

Furthermore, Dawn said she asked Diddy’s then-assistant, Capricorn Clark, to leave the party after feeling “shocked and horrified”. Ms Clark asked Dawn to wait 15 minutes to avoid drawing attention to her departure.

Richard recalls recording Diddy’s first album — Dirty Money — at the rapper’s home in Los Angeles.

During a meeting, Richard claims she and Harper saw Combs verbally abusing Cassie in the kitchen. Additionally, page 12 of the lawsuit describes an incident in which Combs pushed Cassie against a wall, choked her, and threw a pan of hot eggs at her. Cassie then fell to the ground before Diddy dragged her up the stairs.

Dawn said Kalenna removed her from the house to prevent her from interfering. The next day, the producer allegedly asked his bandmates to return and gave them a warning.

According to page 13 of the complaint, Combs said, “I’m giving you one chance, if you want to succeed you have to keep your mouth shut… if you say anything, you will suffer the consequences.”
