GU has announced a new collaboration with Kirby of the Stars series, which is scheduled to premiere in Japan on September 13, 2024. This new line of costumes is themed around a journey to Dream Land, with designs inspired by levels, characters, and elements from Kirby game. The collection will include a variety of fall-appropriate items. The pieces include cardigans, sweatshirts, and pajamas, all adorned with Kirby-themed designs. The collaboration will also include a Kirby and Waddle Dee tote bag, perfect for those who want to carry a piece of the game with them on their daily commute.
This new clothing collection launches shortly after the announcement a new lineup of Kirby Medicom Toys. The Ultra Detail Figure (UDF) Collection includes six new Kirby figures, each representing different eras of the Kirby series. These figures, which feature a variety of Kirby looks and styles, are available for pre-order now and are scheduled to release in February 2025.
The Kirby GU collection will be available for purchase in-store and online starting September 13, 2024.
