Philadelphia 76ers center star and MVP finalist Joel Embiid overcame an obstacle in his bid to get back on the field and send his team back into the Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Miami Heat. The Cameroon big man, as of late Friday morning, is still listed as absent from Game 3.
It looks like the Sixers are leaving the door open for Embiid’s possible return on Friday, and the five-time All-Star is trying to make a comeback, as Philadelphia is currently tracking Miami in best match of seven sets, 2 -0.
