Just like all work, no game makes Jack a dull boy, all learning and no game keeps a kid inactive. It is very essential to include physical activity and learning in the right proportions in the daily routine.
First, ask your child his interests such as how much time your child would like to spend on each of these activities. Then fix a routine with them.
Make sure the time sheet has equal spacing between two consecutive study sessions and non-study sessions.
