5 egg salads that won’t let you down
Potatoes are very healthy, if you can get rid of their starch content. To do so, chop 3 potatoes and boil them with a pinch of salt. After boiling, wash them three times under cold running water to remove scratches. Then, in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise, mixed herbs, paprika, add in 1 cup shallot, salt and pepper. Next, chop the hard-boiled egg and mix it with the boiled potatoes and enjoy.
