2023 Dodge Challenger Shakedown appears as the first of 7 Last Call buzz patterns

The car is based on the Challenger R/T Scat Pack and is decked out in Demolition Gray for the regular model and Pitch Black for the widebody model. Power for the R/T Scat Pack comes from Dodge’s 392 6.4-liter V-8, which makes 485 hp and 475 lb-ft of torque.

The car also comes with content from the Plus Group, Technology Group, and Navigation, Carbon/Suede and Dynamics packs designed for the Challenger R/T Scat Pack.

Challenger Shakedown production will be limited to 1,000 pieces, split evenly between the regular and wide-body models of the Challenger R/T Scat Pack. Ordering information for the entire 2023 Challenger lineup, including the Last Call cars, will be announced this fall.

Dodge will reveal five more Last Call versions of the Challenger and Charger through September 21 before revealing the final Saturday at the 2022 SEMA show starting November 1.

Even if you miss out on one of the Last Call cars, all of the 2023 Challenger and Charger models will have special features that signify them as the ultimate car of their kind. While this will vary between models, all will come with a commemorative plaque under the hood that reads “Last Call”, “Designed in Auburn Hills,” and “Installed assembled in Brampton”.
