Chevy has also confirmed the 2023 Silverado 1500 will be available with a more powerful version of the popular Duramax 3.0-litre diesel engine. The engine is estimated for 305 hp and 495 lb-ft of torque, up from the current 277 hp and 460 lb-ft.
