10 Things I Love on Sundays

I was never ready to “move forward” but was always grateful for the extra sunlight as I adjusted to the change of time.

If you’re like me and live somewhere that practices daylight saving, I’ll cheer you on and add a cup of coffee! 🙂 Here’s what I love this week!

1. With coffee at the forefront, my favorite iced coffee drink is the salted caramel foam iced coffee (phew, that’s a long name) from Starbucks. I’ve been trying to drink more coffee at home, so I’m working on my own recipe.

This is my favorite which I have tried so far. I bought a pack of these glass straws and love them. Emma’s work espresso coffee biscuits too, and will have all the coffee!

2. I’m working a little before Easter. I’m so happy to host this year! i found this lovely card on Etsy from one of my favorite stores and it’s perfect for my son’s Easter basket.

3. The Cuddle and Kind doll in the picture is Henry the rabbit-he’s so cute! We bought it for my son last year, and my plan is to visit him every Easter as a special toy (like the Elf on the Shelf, but without the rules/oranges). the end, haha).

4. I haven’t seen it yet, but I’m looking forward to it Death on the Nile. In the meantime, I’m rereading some The Mysteries of Hercule Poirot.

Did you know Agatha Christie hated this character after she created him? But, he became so popular that she felt like she had to keep writing to him. That’s funny to me! My favorite is The Murder of Roger Ackroyd.

5. Our basement renovation is officially complete! Now I have to add a few finishing touches. I just ordered these amber glass jar for shampoo and conditioner for the bathroom.

6. We’ve carpeted the basement, but I’m still planning on getting a rug to separate what I designate as the “playroom” from the rest of the living room. I love this ABC carpet and this”Play all day “carpet” So cute.

7. We have this toy sink it really works (it circulates the water through) and my son LOVES it!

Baby is almost 2 years old and will sit and play with it only washing toys for longer time. We spread all the beach towels in the living room, but it would also make a great outdoor plaything.

8. I still use Bags everywhere pretty much every day. Spring colors are so fun!

9. Bunny Bait It’s the sugary snack you didn’t know you needed, but you have — trust me! They have individual size and bigger bag.

And if you are craving for Chex Mix, you must try Elsie’s Homemade Chex Recipe.

10. I love the Capri Blue candles, but I only buy their original candles Volcanic fragrance (Anthropologie burns it). I recently got theirs Havana Vanilla scent, and oh my gosh… it’s my new favorite.

I hope you are having the best weekend ever!

xoxo, Claire
