British and European indexes rose as China’s stimulus package hopes to boost commodity stocks
Monday: China announced November inflation data while Japan announced October trade data. Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh continued his visit to Russia.
Tuesday: Australia’s central bank announces its interest rate decision and Malaysia releases its October industrial output data.
Wednesday: The Central Economic Work Conference, the Chinese government’s annual economic policy meeting, begins in Beijing. China releases November trade data as well as figures on foreign lending and investment.
Thursday: India releases November CPI figures and Australia releases November employment data. Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim launches national AI office.
Friday: The Bank of Japan released the fourth quarter Tankan business sentiment survey.
Saturday: Japanese rocket startup Space One attempted to launch its Kairos rocket, the first of which exploded earlier this year.
Sunday: The UK officially joined the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
